My approach

I believe aesthetic medicine should begin with understanding.

The face is a dynamic composite structure that ages differently for everyone. Skin quality, facial structure, movement, proportion, collagen health, and lifestyle all play a role in how a person looks over time.

My approach is to assess the face and patient holistically, understand what matters most to the patient, and create a plan that feels precise, measured and personalised for the individual. The goal is never to change how someone looks, but to improve their skin health and help them to look fresher and more refined.

Skin longevity as a foundation

The concept of skin longevity sits at the heart of my work.

Healthy skin is the foundation of good aesthetic outcomes. Skin that is stronger, more resilient, and better supported reflects light better, responds better to treatment, and ages more gracefully over time.

This is why I place strong emphasis on skin quality, pigment balance, collagen support, barrier integrity, and treatment plans that protect skin for the long term.

As Founder of The Skin Longevity Clinic, I wanted to build a practice around this philosophy. One that brings together prevention, rejuvenation, structural understanding, and modern medical aesthetics in a way that is precise, personalised  and evidence based.

Injectables, contouring, and structural facial work

My practice has evolved beyond skin alone to include a strong focus on injectables, contouring, and structural facial rejuvenation.

I approach the face in seperate dimensions, looking at support, balance, movement, and proportion rather than isolated lines or areas of volume loss. This allows me to plan treatments more strategically and achieve outcomes that feel harmonious and understated.

Whether using neuromodulators, fillers, biostimulators, or skin quality injectables, my focus is always on refinement rather than exaggeration. I am particularly interested in subtle structural work that restores freshness, improves contour, and preserves natural expression.

Innovation with judgement

I have a strong interest in new technologies, regenerative aesthetics, longevity medicine, and the future of aesthetic practice.

Innovation matters, but only when it is supported by evidence, safety, and sound clinical judgement. I believe in staying current, thinking critically, and adopting treatments selectively based on what is genuinely useful for patients rather than what is simply new.

This balance between innovation and restraint is an important part of how I practise.

Trusted by patients and peers

Trust is central to my practice.

Patients often describe me as warm, meticulous, and reassuring. They value clear explanations, careful recommendations, and a consultation style that feels honest and unhurried.

I am equally committed to practising in a way that earns the respect of peers by staying grounded, thoughtful, and medically responsible in every aspect of care.

Beyond the clinic

Alongside clinical practice, I am also involved in education, media commentary, and advisory work across beauty, skincare, and aesthetic medicine.

This broader work reflects my interest in how science, ageing, innovation, and patient care continue to shape the future of the field. It also strengthens the perspective I bring back into clinical practice every day.

My philosophy remains simple.

Alongside clinical practice, I am also involved in education, media commentary, and advisory work across beauty, skincare, and aesthetic medicine.

Good aesthetic medicine should be safe, intelligent, and personalised. It should respect the individual, support long term skin and facial health, and deliver results that age well.
